Job Description:
As an AWS Cloud Application Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based applications. You will work closely with development and operations teams to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize the overall performance of AWS-hosted applications.
Monitoring and Incident Response:
- Monitor the health and performance of applications hosted on Cloud Native AWS Application.
- Respond promptly to alerts and incidents, ensuring a high level of availability and performance.
- Investigate and diagnose application-related issues, providing timely resolution or escalation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of cloud-based applications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to support processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (for freshers)
Proven experience in supporting cloud-based applications on AWS (for experienced professionals).
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
